۱٫ The amount and type of deposit for tender: A tender guarantee equivalent to 100 million Rials (eighty million Tomans), based on 5% of amount of preliminary estimates (fixed) in form of valid bank guarantees acceptable by the employer issued for the Complex should be provided.
۲٫ Prpposals with no deposits, flawed deposits, deposits less than the amount prescribed, personal checks and the likewise will not be given effect.
۳٫ The amount and type of deposit for obligations delivery: amount of guarantee to deliver obligations will be 80% of total contract, upon contract signing.
۴٫ prepayment: 28% of the total contract value will be paid to the contractor as down payment in exchange for a bank guarantee and this will be amortized in any payment.
The deadline for the purchase and delivery of documents: the time of sale of documents is 4 days after first ads get published.
The maximum date of submission of proposals to the Complex Offices is 4 pm Sunday December 14, 2014. All the proposals will be opened at 08 am on Monday dated December 15, 2014 in Complex Manager Office located in Mehdiabad.

If the first and second winners do not present, their deposits will be forfeited.
Mehdiabad Zinc and Barite Mines Complex reserves the rights to accept or reject any of the proposals.
