Establish and develop green space for environmental purposes in Mehdiabad mineral complex

According to the Public Relations of Complex, the HSEE unit of this complex in Feb 2019, in pursuit of sustainable development and social responsibility, and also considering the macro-environmental strategies of the Iranian Development and Renovation and Mining Industries Organization, has been developing the green space in the mine .

Accordingly, an area of ​​۸,۰۰۰ square meters of green space was prepared this year and 1,500 trees were planted in this month, up 375 percent from the previous year.

This Mining Complex is voluntarily trying to take effective measures to improve the work space and reduce environmental degradation effects. Among them, it is possible to create suitable green spaces, such as construction of water supply, planting and provision of forage, reduction of existing risks for wildlife through necessary measures in consultation with the Environmental Directorate of Province in Yazd.
